| Prof. Xi Zhang attended the 2019 Polymer Division (CCS) Congress |
| Oct. 16th to 19th, 2019, Prof. Xi Zhang and Dr. Jiang-Fei Xu, together with Dr. Hua Wang, Xiaoyan Tang, Bo Qin, Shuai Zhang, Han Wu and Zihe Yin, attended the 2019 Polymer Division (CCS) Congress held in Xi’an, China. Prof. Xi Zhang served as the chairman of the conference and delivered speeches at the opening ceremony and the closing ceremony, respectively. He was also invited to give a lecture titled "Chemistry in Stamps" in Polymer Education Chapter. Dr. Jiang-Fei Xu gave an invited lecture titled "New Methods for Controllable Supramolecular Polymerization" in Macromolecular Self-assembly and Supramolecular Systems Chapter. Dr. Hua Wang gave an oral lecture titled “Supramolecular Peptide Therapeutics: a Platform for Anticancer Peptides Delivery” in Biomedical Polymer Chapter. All PhD students demonstrated their works though posters, which are related to supramolecular interfacial polymerization, supramolecularly catalyzed polymerization, dissipative supramolecular polymerization, and supramolecular drug delivery systems. Xiaoyan Tang was awarded the Best Poster Award, and Zihe Yin was awarded the CCS Chemistry Best Poster Award. |
